Trace is constructed of small ‘slats’ of glass adhered to a frame with 1/4” space between each piece of glass. Trace hangs in an opening that punctuates a rock wall, allowing a viewer on one side to slightly see the ghost of a viewer on the other, through the spaces between the glass. The delicate glass of the piece juxtaposes the surrounding massive rocks.
